Global Synchronizer Foundation welcomes Lukka membership as blockchain compliance and investigations services expand
Lukka integrates blockchain compliance and investigations on Canton Network and launches Super Validator service

SAN FRANCISCO, July 17 , 2025 — Today, the Linux Foundation’s Global Synchronizer Foundation (GSF) announced Lukka as its newest member. In concert with this membership, Lukka’s crypto risk management and Anti‑Money‑Laundering (AML) applications are now live on the Canton Network and compatible with nearly all other public chains, as well as its Super Validator service officially available.

As blockchain networks scale and transaction volumes surge, enterprises need more than cryptographic assurances—they require identity verification and continuous monitoring to guard against fraud and malicious actors. Lukka’s vendor‑neutral compliance platform enforces KYC and AML at onboarding and continuously analyzes wallet behavior, ensuring only trusted participants may transact.

“Blockchain integrity hinges on knowing who you’re transacting with,” said Kiet Tran, CEO of Lukka. “By joining the GSF and integrating our compliance engine on Canton, we’re empowering enterprises with real‑time insights to distinguish honest counterparties from bad actors—safeguarding both networks and reputations.”

Without a robust compliance framework, organizations treat every counterparty equally, exposing themselves to regulatory penalties, financial loss and damaging headlines. Lukka’s analytics‑driven solution enables businesses to proactively identify suspicious behavior across chains, dramatically reducing fraud and bolstering operational resilience.

“Welcoming Lukka into the Global Synchronizer Foundation marks a pivotal step in advancing our shared vision of a secure, trustworthy Web3 ecosystem,” said Melvis Langyintuo, Executive Director of the Global Synchronizer Foundation. “Their proven crypto market intelligence and AML capabilities, combined with the launch of Super Validator, provide a unified solution that streamlines compliance and fortifies network integrity for enterprises across every blockchain.”

Lukka’s Super Validator service combines stake management and node operations with built‑in compliance checks, allowing enterprises to delegate blockchain validation while maintaining rigorous oversight. This combined offering streamlines regulatory adherence and reduces the complexity of multi‑chain deployments.

Key features of Lukka’s solution include:

  • End‑to‑end KYC and AML verification with continuous monitoring of wallet addresses
  • Compatibility with the Canton Network and nearly all major public blockchains
  •  Managed Super Validator service, delivering enterprise‑grade performance, high availability, and built-in compliance oversight.
  • Advanced crypto investigations and market intelligence, enabling proactive risk identification and mitigation.

About the Global Synchronizer Foundation: Global Synchronizer Foundation’s mission is to foster the development and growth of the Global Synchronizer in the Canton Network and facilitate its governance. The GSF provides transparency and member engagement in decisions made by the operators (Super Validators) of the Global Synchronizer to ensure a reliable, fair, and trusted service for the Canton Network. Blockchain applications in the Canton Network can use the Global Synchronizer to enable atomic transactions across sovereign blockchains without sacrificing privacy or control.
